Corporate
Educational Agency of the Diocese of Cochin is sincerely
committed to give qualitative education to everyone
irrespective of caste and creed. But it is a fact that a
good number of children who have lost their parents
discontinue their studies due to the financial
difficulties of the family. We want that meagre financial
resources do not hinder anyone to attain qualitative
education. With this in mind is given shape "Each one
care one" Education project.
As per this
project, the children who have lost earning member of
their family get completely free education in the schools
of the diocese. All their educational expenses (books,
academic fees, dress, bag etc.) are met through the
Project. Besides the most deserving students are given an
amount every month to support their families.
The
project was inaugurated in December 2009, by Dr Charls
Dias, Member of Parliament of India.
Sponsors of
the Project are the teachers working in the schools of the
Diocese who make an annual contribution for the running of
the project. Since it is not sufficient to meet all the
needs of the students we approach other persons of good
will who with their generous contributions, lighten our
burden in this great venture.
